Ahldit is provided to help you capture and organize expense receipts. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you use exported data in your own accounting and tax filings.
Ahldit is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, legal, or tax advice. Category suggestions (including Schedule C mappings) are estimates — confirm with a qualified professional before filing.
The core app is free. Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe that unlocks cloud AI OCR and multi-device sync. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period.
We work to keep the service available and your synced data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. Keep your own backups (Config → Backup) for anything important.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You can delete your account and all cloud data at any time from Config → Account → Delete account (or email support@ahlchemy.org). Deleting your account cancels any active subscription going forward; already-billed periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
